Slideroll Gallery AV (“the Software”) is a copyrighted work of authorship. Geoffrey P. Gaudreault retains ownership of the Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. This license is not a sale of the original Software or any copies. The term “Software” means the machine-readable object code delivered to you as source code and compiled data files. The Software shall also include any upgrades, modified versions, additions, updates, or additional copies of the Software provided to you by Geoffrey P. Gaudreault.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

This Software is provided to Recipient “AS IS,” and the Licensor disclaims any warranty or liability obligations to Recipient of any kind. Recipient acknowledges that the Licensor MAKES NO EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY WITH REGARD TO PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
